No matter how well, someone is prepared, trains, cares, is committed, etc, he can only become a true, quality, meaningful leader, when/ if, he realizes, no one is capable of leading, in a so — called, vacuum! Just like Hillary Clinton, wrote about, it taking a village, to make things, better, quality leadership requires being ready, willing, able, and prepared, to develop the finest possible TEAM, to help address a worthwhile quest! Effectively, making a difference, for the better, often requires, developing the right individuals, who you can trust and rely — upon, to help you, as part of your inner — circle of trusted advisers, and aides. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it matters.

1. Traits; teamwork; tendencies; time — tested; timely: What traits should one, be looking — for, in searching for the right people, to be part of his team? Shouldn’t the members of one’s teams, have skills and abilities, which complement yours? Are you ready to commit to the discipline, to use teamwork, to make your efforts, more successful? What are your personal tendencies, which might translate to, either strengths, and/ or, weaknesses, and how will you create the right, mesh, of people, to use yours strengths, effectively, and address areas of weakness? Will you study, and understand, which people, may have the time — tested, experience, expertise, judgment, and hopefully, wisdom, to make you a better leader? Will doing so, help you make better, wiser, well — considered, timely decisions?

2. Empathy; emphasis; energy; excellence; endurance: In order to lead, wisely, and effectively, it’s important to seek the utmost excellence, instead of settling for good — enough! You must thoroughly, listen, and learn (and your team, should help you, do so), in order to proceed, with genuine empathy! Those, you surround yourself, with, and listen to, must add to your personal energy, and help, to energize, the group, in a positive way!

3. Attitude; aptitude; attention; articulate; astute; actions: It takes a true, positive, can — do, attitude, and a well — developed, skill — set, and aptitude, for any leader, to pay keen attention, to the priorities! When one’s team, adds to being astute, and helps him, articulate a quality, relevant message, he will be better able, to take the finest, possible actions, in a timely manner!

4. Motivating; meaningful; make mark: Motivating leaders provide meaningful direction, and leadership, by making their mark, for the better! This becomes easier, to do, when one can depend, on wise, relevant counsel!
